It’s little surprise perhaps that the five star Four Seasons Hotel offers high quality dining but what might be less easily guessed is that Quadrato is so absolutely singular. Sleek and elegant, the restaurant is all dark woods and warm colours, spilling out on to an attractive riverside terrace where al fresco dining can be enjoyed during warmer days. An exhibition kitchen provides a glimpse in to the preparation of the fresh, delicious northern Italian food which makes up the Quadrato menu. After dining relax in the stunning Quadrato bar where dramatic views can be enjoyed through huge windows.

Went for the tasting menu, as highlighted by another reviewer the Seabass was one of the best dishes. The food was above average however the food is relatively simple so at this price point, there is not much value for money. Would be better going to a mid range place for equal if not better food such as Zucca. Nevertheless the service was excellent.
My business guest never showed up so I had a rather enjoyable breakfast on my own. Bit expensive, but very tasty so I'd go back again. Service unintrusive so perfect for business
Lovely tasting menu with great food. Bargain at £59 for 2 with special groupon voucher. However spent more than that on 2 glassess of champagne and 2 glasses of wine!! Food great, alchol pricey!
very friendly staff. was waited on by an array of different staff, all very polite. the staff gave us time and space which made us feel relaxed & comfortable. went for the 5 taster dinner. scallop starters were cooked to perfection. paste was very filling & felt that it should of been the pentultimate dish as opposed to the second course. seabass again cooked to perfection. duck cooked the way i liked it though it lacked flavour. dessert was tasty. overall food was above average but service ace
A very reliable option for a business lunch - stylish interior, attentive staff, good (if slightly generic) food.
