The hotel seems a little dated, until you walk into the room itself. The rooms are fairly small, which is fine for me, but clean! Some say some of the rooms are haunted, but that's for you to decide. We were here for their Sunday Buffet Carvery Lunch and were absolutely spoiled. We had a Groupon for the lunch with a bottle of wine. The wine, a Malbec according to the bottle was fantastic. I know nothing about wines, but this house wine was very good.

This is a very comfortable hotel. It has all the facilities you'd expect from a high classed hotel with some nice additions.
