Cool, small "fringe theatre" located on top of a wine bar. The theatre is a small room with some benches that sits about 30 people max. I saw "Don Juan Comes Back From The War", which fit the space great. Had a good time, I liked the intimacy that's possible in here.more

This is a great off-off-off-"broadway" theatre. It was full house on saturday, so we squidged 5 to a bench for a great play. All of that for 5 pounds! The staff there are polite and organised, and told us to squidge up in the nicest possible way.

What a lovely venue! An intimate, 40 seat theatre (at least as it was configured for the show I saw today), the Finborough is very professionally managed, not to mention surprisingly well-equipped for such a small space. This is a great little theatre. Being from Chicago, i'm a big fan of small spaces that really force/free actors to truly perform. Having gotten lost on my way from the tube station, and walking about a mile in the wrong direction before i realized i was going the wrong way, i ended up at the theatre at least 20 minutes after curtain.
