An institution. It oozes with history, it has its quirks and attracts a really random crowd. But it's a great place for a gig, especially for seeing up and coming bands.

The stage is reallllly wide, and there's a huge pillar in the middle which can be a pain, but it's part of the charm. I think.

The drinks are priced aggressively, so you wouldn't want to pop in here for a few drinks.

I had my reservations. Within 5 minutes of the comedy night I was there to see, a guy named Mick in the front row called the compere a dick, the compere called Mick an expletive I will not repeat and then a guy next to Mick threw up on his shoes. It was at this point I thought "My boyfriend takes me to all the classiest places!"

Although the history exceeds its current legacy, I do enjoy a night at the 100.

Due to the shape of the room, you can generally see very well from most vantage points. The sound is generally good too.

Since the air conditioning went in, it is marginally cooler too, however the summer night that I made my recent visit on still made my friends and I "sticky". Ewww. However, by the looks of it,...more

Well, what can i say about the 100 Club this place just reeks of musical history, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, BB King, Sex Pistols i could go on, i'm just glad that they saved it, anyway, I went here last night to see Paul Weller, Spiritualized, Japandroids and two other bands, this was part of the Converse Represent week, now to see Paul Weller in a small venue this is a treat in it's...more
