Accessible Pubs and Bars in London

In recent years, access to pubs and bars in London has improved and disabled people can enjoy many of London's drinking venues.

Things are improving, but not all of London's pubs and bars are accessible. Smaller independent pubs and bars sometimes have restricted access, particularly those in older buildings. Pubs and bars with multiple outlets (chains) are often accessible, but not always.

If a pub or bar does not appear accessible, make sure you enquire. Staff may be able to assist by guiding you to an alternative entrance, bringing out a portable ramp or providing a menu in large print.
