Chinese New Year at Min Jiang

To mark Chinese New Year, Min Jiang is bringing back a traditional Chinese custom: yu sheng salad. The dish is made from 27 ingredients, including salmon or tuna, white radish, lime tree leaves, and plum sauce dressing. You use chopsticks to mix the ingredients at your table, while everyone shouts "lo hei!" ("mix it up!"). The higher you toss, the greater your luck will be for the coming year.
