About Aqua London

aqua London comprises three integrated parts: aqua Kyoto, offering contemporary Japanese cuisine; aqua nueva, presenting a very modern take on the traditional cuisine of northern Spain, and aqua spirit, one of London’s hippest pre and post-dining bars and winner of Best Bar in the London Lifestyle Awards.

aqua Kyoto’s head chef, Jordan Sclare offers an experience that encompasses unique styles of sushi and sashimi together with a selection of innovative dishes from the spectacular sumibiyaki (charcoal) grill.

aqua nueva is overseen by acclaimed chef Alberto Hernandez.
