Lee Valley Regional Park stretches an incredible 26 miles along the leafy banks of the River Lee, from the Thames at East India Dock Basin, past the Olympic Park, North London, up through Essex to Ware in Hertfordshire.
As well as taking time out to explore beautiful countryside walks, nature reserves and gardens, or relaxing with a picnic, you can enjoy a whole host of activities, from a day out at Lee Valley Park Farms to boating, golf, horse riding, athletics and ice skating.
