Sketch in Conduit St was quite an experience. Despite initial problems over the Toptable booking, they found us a good table inthe Lecture Room. The decor is impressive ( if reather over the top!) and the service was exemplary. We had the tasting menu which om the whole was really excellent - the lamb course only being a little disappointing. Would like to return.

Lovely and quirky decor with extremely attentive impeccable service. Had the set 3 course menu with lots of little extras that made the meal memorable. Good ambience and friendly staff! Would definitely recommend for something a little different than your usual fine dining experience.

Took my mother-in-law to Sketch for her birthday dinner and we all had a great time. The tasting menu in the fine-dining room was worth it. Usually I flag by the 4th course but everything was so good that I powered through to the end - almost. i would've been able to polish off the desserts too, but they were a bit uninspiring so I knocked a point off in the "Food" category. Service was attentive, not intrusive, and impeccable. Pierre's Gagnaire's influence is clear on the menu. Will go back.

They called me the previous day to confirm my booking for the Lecture Room at 2pm. Nevertheless my friend who arrived before me was taken to the Library. Hence we both ended up waiting in separate rooms patiently for twenty five minutes, until she decided to call me. It would have been quite awkward if we were not close or in a hurry. Fortunately we found food and service excellent otherwise.
