3star hotel, location is key and the staff there are very welcoming. Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Oh and the hotel staff.

Breakfast wasn't too bad also, make sure you ask for some fresh berries :)more

The sink started burbling in the morning while we were in bed and ended up overflowing brown chunky liquid into the room. We're talking stinking water soaking half the carpet and yet their initial response was that they asked us if we would still like to stay in the room once it was cleaned up?!...more

Yucky. Dated. Dirty. Great staff and location and that's where it ends. The room we were originally given was terrible. Threadbare, stained carpet, bathroom with a constantly running toilet. Filthy. Smelled of awful air freshener. We complained and were moved to a larger room (for a surcharge).more

My key card was not working in the elevator several times, resulting in a trip back to the front desk. The...more

It's situated where Marylebone and Oxford meet do the from door is a bit hard to find (faces Debenhams). The rooms aren't very large which is par for the course in most of London unless you want to pay big bucks. The elevator said it held a maximum of four...more
