PLEASE fix your loud pipes on the first floor!! We stayed here for 4 nights. Around 5:00-6:00am the pipes within the walls would make an incredibly loud noise that jolted us awake. The first night, we were so tired and fell back asleep thinking it was a one time occurrence. The next morning around the same time, the obnoxiously loud noise woke us up again! The customer service and convenient location are only two of the reasons why I would return.

If the world could copy and paste the two employees who helped me into every hotel, there would be no lost or confused travelers. They recommended places to eat and visit and pre-booked our tickets for several attractions.

This hotel is in a great location, just steps from Gloucester Road tube station. It's on the Picadilly line, so you don't have to change trains when coming from Heathrow. Gloucester Road is also on the Circle and District lines.

Id give this hotel 5 stars for the location alone. When it says their directly across from the tube station they mean it. It was so nice to literally walk out of the tube and into the lobby of our hotel after a long day in London.

The accomodations are typical for an European hotel, but the room was quite large. We even had a couch in our room.
