This has been one of my favorite hotels in London. Conveniently located in the heart of Picadilly. It has remodeled since I was here last time. The hotel no longer have a partnership with the Tate museum so you don't get those special event tickets...more

Lovely venue a few minutes walk from Piccadilly Circus! We stayed for seven nights and enjoyed the central location as first timers in London! We took advantage of the breakfast buffet daily. Our suite overlooked Piccadilly and the noise level was not unlike New York City! Our accommodations included in room safe, iron, ironing board, plenty of linens, coffee service, robes, slippers, bath...more

The negatives; So many! To began, they screwed up our reservation. This translated into not getting the room we had reserved (way in advance) with two...more

Stayed here while traveling with another family while on vacation. If looking for a great, upscale leisure hotel, you can't beat the location. In the heart of Piccadilly Circus and a short walk from Leicester and Trafalgar Squares, you are in the central tourist location of London. Covent Garden, Buckingham Palace, and Westminster are all within a 10-15 minute walk.

Hotel itself is nice...more

Giving 4 stars (not 3) mainly because of the excellent location of this hotel.

You walk out and Rona of restaurants and stores all around you. Very close to an underground train station too. Piccadilly Circus is a 20 second walk from here.

Service is average.

However the rooms are dated and your can easily tell that the building is very old.more
