My husband and I got a great rate for this place through Hilton's hotel points system, so this was our home base for our week-long stay in London. I stayed for 10 nights at the end of April. Service is borderline horrible. For every 2 good employee, they have 10 people who could not be bothered to do their job. I simply stopped going to breakfast because it would take 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee. It was cheaper and generally better service at the lobby bar for literally the same food....more
Stayed here for 3 nights a few weeks ago while on vacation!
FABULOUS Rooftop bar! Great views of the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Rooms are a bit small but overall it was a great experience. Hotel is a little far from a lot of tourist attractions but really close to the financial district if you are visiting London on business.

they have a nice roof top bar, where the view is fantastic, you can see all over London and the Thames, and they have pretty strong gin tonics - as someone in my party found out :)more
