If you, your friends, or your family are not able to visit London again, you can receive a refund on your Visitor Oyster card credit.
Can I get a refund at the end of my trip if I don’t use all the credit on my Visitor Oyster card or Oyster card?
As your Visitor Oyster card never expires, we recommend that you keep you card for future return visits to London, or lend it to family and friends to use when they come to London.
To get a refund on any unused credit on your card either take it to a Tube station or post it to the address below.
Please check the balance on your card at a Tube station or Oyster Ticket Stop before you leave London as you cannot do this from home.
