What is the London Cable Car?
The London Cable Car, formerly known as the IFS Cloud Cable Car and Emirates Air Line, is a cable car link across the river Thames that comprises a 1km (0.62-mile) gondola line between the Greenwich Peninsula and the Royal Docks.
It is owned by Transport for London (TfL) and boasts sweeping views of the London skyline. It's connected to the rest of TfL's transport network, is wheelchair accessible and offers a cheap and original way to travel in London.
