They hugely messed up our orders and offered us free burgers on the house the next time we wanted to visit. Four stars for knowing how to rectify a bad customer experience.more
For a burger joint this is not good. I really don't understand why there are so many of these restaurants littered around London. The meat in the burger was average and the bun was thick and dry! Both things need to be spot on every time.

Great tasting burgers (definitely agree with their slogan - "Proper hamburgers") with interesting options for sides. Really love their onion rings and courgette fries, as the batter is so tasty. Also love that they do skinny fries. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Lovely booths in this branch - giving a cosy, American feel.more

He kept our drinks refilled and cleared off empty plates quickly.
