After hearing about this from my wife, we decided to check it out. I wanted to like it but didn't think it was all that. Maybe it was the time of year but it just seemed run down and uncared for. Uneven paving, well compacted wood chips on the play areas and fences falling over. The animals looked bored and their enclosures needed a good clean. You don't get much better than this in central London. First of all, the gate has a sign that says no unaccompanied adults. You cannot go in unless you have a child. Secondly, there are about 4 different play areas for different ages of children, from tiny tots through to early teens. The area for older kids has helter skelters and a flying fox.
