Excellent service and a really good well prepared meal
Petersham Nurseries, Near Richmond We were fortunate to get lunch reservations at short notice for New Year's Day. It was wonderfully snug in the heated greenhouse, still decorated tastefully for Christmas. The menu was fairly limited, especially if you don't like seafood but we chose lovely main and dessert dishes (dover sole and sea bass, followed by a chocolate mousse with delightful consistency and almond tart with rhubarb). The staff were friendly with good ambience.
Petersham Nurseries - fantastic food, warm and cosy venue (even in a nursery in the middle of winter) and unobtrusive but efficient and freindly service. Must come again.
Fantastic food, lovely relaxed setting, great ambience and very friendly and efficient staff. Unbeatable for a relaxing lunch.
