Remains of a Roman villa-house dating from AD140 within a modern cover-building, with graphic displays, models, touch table of Roman artefacts and activities for children including mosaic making, brass rubbing, Roman games and dressing up as Romans. Details of Roman hypocaust (central heating) in ten rooms and traces of tessellated and concrete floors can be seen. Special events for children and the public.
