M4/A4 From the M4 follow the signs towards Central London and Piccadilly. On Hyde Park Corner take the underpass towards Piccadilly, turn left on the first traffic light into Brick Street. You will find the hotel on the left-hand side. From North: Take M1 to Edgware Road. Proceed to Marble Arch and continue to Park Lane. From Park Lane go to Hyde Park corner on to Green Park. From South: Take M13 on to A23 Croydon to London. Follow the signs to West End then onto Green Park. From East: Take M11 Harwich to London and follow signs to West End. Continue on to Green Park.

We've been here two days so far out of our 8 days we have planned. We are underwhelmed. For a category six hotel there is much ado about, well, nothing. The hotel is very fancy and posh but the room is dinky (215 sq ft) and although it is very nice it lacks some basic amenities like a hook for your towel and sufficient drawer space. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and were looking forward to being in a great location. When we entered our room, we were very disappointed. It was so small. Barely enough room to walk around the bed. We are Starwood Gold members and expected to get upgraded. I loved my stay at this hotel and would give it ten stars if I could. I had a rough start to my trip with my original flight being cancelled. My new flight brought me to London about 12 hours later than anticipated and very very tired.

The welcome I received was great at the reception desk. The night concierge was wonderful as well.

This is a pretty old hotel. They always seem to be in the middle of construction whenever I come here. This time was no exception so it was a bit of a maze to get from the street entrance to the front desk.
