M4/A4 From the M4 follow the signs towards Central London and Piccadilly. On Hyde Park Corner take the underpass towards Piccadilly, turn left on the first traffic light into Brick Street. You will find the hotel on the left-hand side. From North: Take M1 to Edgware Road. Proceed to Marble Arch and continue to Park Lane. From Park Lane go to Hyde Park corner on to Green Park. From South: Take M13 on to A23 Croydon to London. Follow the signs to West End then onto Green Park. From East: Take M11 Harwich to London and follow signs to West End. Continue on to Green Park.

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and were very pleased. Charming and friendly and a great location. We will be returning again this June 24, 2016 - a bit apprehensive re: construction but hopefully that we will be upgraded to new rooms. (since we have booked two as gold members) will write another review after our stay - looking forward to it with fingers crossed.more

Stayed at the Sheraton Park Lane for five nights in January 2016.

Given that the hotel is under renovation, I understand the other reviewers' concerns about the condition of the rooms, amenities, etc. However, as an SPG member, I was upgraded to a renovated Superior Room and had no complaints. The wifey and I enjoyed a long holiday weekend for my birthday, and got great rates at The Park Lane. Situated right on the park, it was a great spot to tour the city, and stop back in as needed. As an SPG Platinum, N got us upgraded to a beautiful suite, and breakfast was included.

This is a pretty old hotel. They always seem to be in the middle of construction whenever I come here. This time was no exception so it was a bit of a maze to get from the street entrance to the front desk.

The front desk folks were nice enough (although there wasn't a clear distinction separating check in of SPG Gold/Platinum vs riff raff). It is a bit confusing to get to the elevators...more
