Most long distance coach services in London depart from and arrive at Victoria Coach Station. The coach station facilities include toilets, left luggage, snack shops and pay phones.
Victoria Coach Station is a 10 to 15 minute walk from Victoria Station, which is the railway and Underground station. It is separate to Victoria Bus Station, which is for London buses only.
To access Victoria Coach Station from Victoria Train Station, head to the Buckingham Palace Road exit towards the back of the station, and head south along Buckingham Palace Road.
Passengers travelling within the UK are advised to arrive at Victoria Coach Station at least 30 minutes before their coach leaves, and for international departures, at least one hour before their coach leaves.

This coach station is one of the most depressing I've ever been in. It is filthy. Seriously filthy and needs napalming and starting again. The toilets, even at 6 am, are disgusting. I looked down 6 before giving up. Can't anyone flush in London? The cafe upstairs is equally disgusting with lukewarm greasy food and filthy tables and floor.. The bus area is badly designed with no...more
Victoria Station, you disappoint me.
First, this place is hard to find because there's actually two Victoria Station locations on the same street. if you're there early in the morning, it's hard to find someone to ask where you're supposed to be. We came here to catch a bus from London to Birmingham. Small but well organized station. Not enough seating in the individual departure section, therefore, we had to make our own seating. There is a bathroom inside that you have to pay for. I don't mind paying for a bathroom as long as it's clean, however, this wasn't.more
Terrible experiences at the Victoria Coach Station. I often tell friends from abroad that London has one of the best public transport systems in the world. This is most definitely not the case with Victoria Coach station.

The coach station building is very grand on the outside (Art Deco style) but highly confusing on the inside if you're unfamiliar with it, as the arrivals is in a totally separate area from the departures and the station is full of a mixture of local, national and international departures so it gets really really busy.
Facilities wise there is not a lot in the station, a few of the usual...more
