Most long distance coach services in London depart from and arrive at Victoria Coach Station. The coach station facilities include toilets, left luggage, snack shops and pay phones.
Victoria Coach Station is a 10 to 15 minute walk from Victoria Station, which is the railway and Underground station. It is separate to Victoria Bus Station, which is for London buses only.
To access Victoria Coach Station from Victoria Train Station, head to the Buckingham Palace Road exit towards the back of the station, and head south along Buckingham Palace Road.
Passengers travelling within the UK are advised to arrive at Victoria Coach Station at least 30 minutes before their coach leaves, and for international departures, at least one hour before their coach leaves.

Victoria Coach Station is the largest coach station in London. It serves long-distance coach services and is also the departure point for many countryside coach tours originating from London. It should not be confused with the nearby Green Line Coach Station or the Victoria bus station, which serves London Buses. It is operated by Victoria Coach Station Limited a subsidiary of Transport for...more
Urgh should be the only word necessary. This is the main coach station for our capital. It's dark, dirty and very uninviting. Every time I pass through its doors it's absolute chaos. Be prepared to stand up for a long time as there is never enough seating. Be prepared to figure it out yourself, there's not much in the way of helpful staff. Be prepared to get stuck in crowds if you have...more
If you're getting any sort of coach or bus in to/out of London then it's highly likely you'll be using this coach station. National Express and MegaBus coaches arrive and pick up here.
It's a short walk to the train/underground station which is handy but could be signposted better.
At the entrance is a huge board with all deparatures so it's not overly difficult to find your gate number....more
The toilets here are a disgrace I went in 8 cubicles before finding a bearable one ....the others all had varying stages of filth.....and they have the cheek to charge 30p while the attendent does nothing . Avoid using these at all cost.
On a positive note the staff in the left luggage dept. Were really helpful and efficient.more
Eek! It's a bus station that's for sure! We were here to transit to Southampton for a cruise. Lots of vagrants and yucky people. Cunard should find another location for departures. Seating is crap too.more
