Most long distance coach services in London depart from and arrive at Victoria Coach Station. The coach station facilities include toilets, left luggage, snack shops and pay phones.
Victoria Coach Station is a 10 to 15 minute walk from Victoria Station, which is the railway and Underground station. It is separate to Victoria Bus Station, which is for London buses only.
To access Victoria Coach Station from Victoria Train Station, head to the Buckingham Palace Road exit towards the back of the station, and head south along Buckingham Palace Road.
Passengers travelling within the UK are advised to arrive at Victoria Coach Station at least 30 minutes before their coach leaves, and for international departures, at least one hour before their coach leaves.

Victoria Coach Station is the transport hub for National Express in London however many other companies do go from here as well.
They are 20 gates, all of which are very close together which can mean it is hard to get through busy crouds of people, standing because they is not enough seats or because they are boarding, it was especially bad for me as I was right at the end Gate 19.

Not to easy to write about Victoria Coach Station but as it is the main central London bus terminal, it will do, three stars by virtue of importance.
