Poppies is a cute retro themed restaurant specializing in fish and chips.

I had cod fish since the waitress mentioned that's the classic choice. The fried fish is really fresh and moist! The ketchup and tartar sauce are all in cute little jars. Great place to grab a quick bite.more

Best fish & chips in London. I had a few fish & chips in London, Poppies excels above the rest. The cod was cooked to perfection. A must visit when in London!more

They claim to have the best fish and chips in London. I don't have a lot to compare it to, but I definitely enjoyed it. They have two sizes and the normal size was plenty for one. My friend got the chicken, which was okay, but not the best recommended thing on here. Would definitely get the fish and chips if you're going here.

I don't know anything about fish and chips but I loved Poppie's. In fact, I used to hate it after I had tried it a few times in London pubs on previous visits (when I used to be a tourist here héhé).

I came with the recommendations of a friend who used to live in London, and I wasn't disappointed with the food. The service, on the other hand, was very poor.

The restaurant has a 50's vibe to...more
