Prince William's London

Clarence House

Formerly Prince William's home, Clarence House is the official residence of the Prince of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall and Prince Harry. The house is open to the public from August to October every year, when you can tour five ground-floor rooms and admire artworks from the Royal Collection.

Kensington Palace

Kensington Palace will be the permanent London residence of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge from 2013. As a child, Prince William lived at Kensington Palace with his mother Princess Diana. The palace is open to the public, so you can explore highlights such as Queen Victoria's bedroom and take afternoon tea in The Orangery

Turnbull & Asser

Prince William wore a smart Turnbull & Asser suit and shirt in his formal engagement photos. The bespoke gentlemen's tailor was established in London in 1885 and has since dressed world leaders, celebrities, businessmen, royalty and even fictional characters such as James Bond.

John Lobb

Renowned for high standards of craftsmanship, Prince William's shoemaker John Lobb became the official bootmaker to the Prince of Wales in 1863. It's still a family-owned company, producing bespoke footwear for aristocrats, business people and the political elite, as well as the ever-smart James Bond.

RAF Museum

Prince William qualified as an RAF search and rescue pilot in 2010. You can find out more about the Royal Air Force at the RAF Museum in North London. Opened by the Queen in 1972, the museum houses more than 100 aircraft from around the world. Free admission and activities make this a great place for families.

Imperial War Museum London

Imperial War Museum London tells the story of those who lived, fought and died in conflict, from the First World War to the present day. Prince William is patron of the Imperial War Museum Foundation, a charity that helps to raise money for major new projects at the museum.

Madame Tussauds

Get close to the royal couple at Madame Tussauds, where you can see life-like wax figures of Will and Kate. The Duchess is dressed in a replica of her blue Issa engagement dress as well as her famous engagement ring. The couple are situated in the royal zone alongside other wax versions of the royal family.

Mahiki

Mahiki is known as much for its celebrity crowd as its fabulous cocktail menu. Popular among the rich and famous of London, including Kate and Wills, this tiki bar brings a little touch of the Pacific to Mayfair.
