Accessible Public Transport

London has an extensive public transport system and it is the best way to get around the capital for most people.

All London buses and Docklands Light Railway (DLR) trains are wheelchair accessible and there are various facilities and services for disabled travellers on all modes of public transport in London.

We have integrated access information in our Getting Around and Travel to London sections. Read our pages on your chosen mode of transport for accessibility information, including Tube, buses, local trains, the DLR, taxis, trams and London's new cable car.

You can also visit Transport for London's accessibility pages for more details.
