Little Angel Puppet Theatre

The magical Little Angel Puppet Theatre has been around since 1961. Its troupe of skillful puppeteers put on marionette shows all year round. The 100-seat theatre stands next to the workshop, where all their productions and puppets are developed and constructed. It also runs a Saturday Club and puppet-making workshops.

The Puppet Theatre Barge

The Puppet Theatre Barge is a travelling theatre housed in a barge which travels on the waterways of London. The Puppet Barge Theatre presents marionette and rod puppet shows throughout the year, spending the winter in Little Venice in Central London, and the summer at various locations on the Thames.

Polka Theatre

The Polka Theatre in Wimbledon opened in 1979, and is dedicated to presenting theatre to audiences aged 0 to 13. The theatre offers a range of exciting shows, from drama to comedy, world premieres and adaptations. Alongside the performance space, there's a playground, a café, a toyshop, exhibition areas and reading corners.

The Unicorn Theatre is possibly the coolest theatre for kids in London! The Unicorn Theatre is now located in a sparkling, purpose-built, state-of-the-art venue at London Bridge. The Unicorn stages more than 620 performances a year, as well as special events, workshops, activities and more. 

The Tricycle Theatre

The Tricycle Theatre in Kilburn has a rich programme of events for children. As well as regular theatre productions for children from the age of three upwards, there's also cinema, workshops, and after school activities for kids. The workshops programme has events suitable for kids as young as 18 months, up to school-leavers.

Sadler's Wells

From Swan Lake to the Shaolin Monks and flamenco to tango, the iconic Sadler's Wells regularly hosts productions guaranteed to bewitch children of all ages. The original Sadler's Wells opened in 1683 – the sleek steel and glass structure you can see today is the sixth incarnation of this magnificent dance centre.

The Peacock Theatre

As well as the cutting-edge performances that you'd expect from Sadler's Wells' West End venue, the Peacock Theatre also hosts many family friendly productions, including a popular version of The Snowman that has thrilled audiences at Christmas for more than 10 years.
