The Comedy Store
London’s busiest comedy club, The Comedy Store is open six nights a week and is nestled in the heart of London’s West End. It offers everything from topical news-based comedy to the very best in improvisation from The Comedy Store Players. Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday it hosts The Best in Stand Up, featuring some of the finest comic talent from around the globe.

Comedy Café
The Comedy Cafe is one of the few purpose built comedy clubs in London, situated in trendy Shoreditch. Visitors are given a table for the evening where they can dine and watch the show. Shows are Wednesday to Saturday, with a disco on Friday and Saturday until 1am.

The Comedy Tree

Wahoo Bar & Grill in Putney hosts Comedy Tree comedy every Thursday and Saturday night. The shows feature top acts on the London circuit and guest appearances from stars such as Stephen Merchant, Lee Mack and Milton Jones.

Comedy Carnival
Comedy Carnival holds weekly comedy nights at two venues. Catch the West End shows every Friday at Leicester Square Theatre. On Saturdays head to Clapham Grand to see a mix of international and UK comedians.

The Chuckle Club
Held at the Albany on Great Portland Street, the Chuckle Club has been going strong for more than 20 years! It often attracts the best comics on the circuit and proudly offers inexpensive drinks and a friendly atmosphere. Saturday shows are hosted by Chuckle Club stalwart Eugene Cheese.

Jongleurs

Comedy stalwart Jongleurs has several London locations. Sway in Covent Garden and Tiger Tiger in Croydon have shows every Saturday night.Jongleurs Hammersmith has shows on Fridays and Saturdays and the City of London Jongleurs venue hosts Thursday night shows.

Highlight
Highlight is the new name on the London comedy circuit, with three venues. Highlight Camden (formerly Jongleurs) is right near Camden Lock, with comedy shows every Friday and Saturday night and often mid-week as well. Highlight Watford, the world's biggest designated comedy club, boasts state-of-the-art sound and lighting and hosts a range of gigs and shows. Highlight Clapham Junction has comedy and the occasional burlesque show every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with drinking and dancing until 2am.

Amused Moose
Amused Moose has three venues in Soho's Moonlighting Nightclub, The Washington's Comedy Cellar in Camden and at Walkabout in Covent Garden. The nights feature some of the hottest acts on the comedy circuit, as well as breaking talent and household name comedians doing secret gigs. Each summer over 60 Edinburgh Fringe comedy shows preview at Amused Moose Soho, making it one of the city’s best Edinburgh preview venues.

99 Club Comedy
Catch 99 Club comedy every night of the week in London. There's four West End venues: 99 Club Leicester Square at Storm Nightclub, 99 Club Leicester Square View at The Penthouse, 99 Club Leicester Square at Ku and 99 Club Oxford Circus at The Wheatsheaf (upstairs). Comedy Camp

This is London’s only mixed lesbian, gay and straight comedy club held at Bar Code. Hosted by Simon Happily, the award-winning club attracts some big names, including the likes of Graham Norton and Alan Carr. Shows are every Tuesday night and there is a late bar.
