What was this place like before the Olympics?
Stratford is very well connected. Unfortunately a bit understaffed as I waited nearly an hour for a TFL bus information person to not show up.
You can even get to Paris from Stratford and I do believe the National express has buses to Standsted from right outside the Station.more

No wonder Westfield decided to plonk themselves right next to it. Whether this place is big enough to cope with the hoards of Olympic spectators visiting the other big structures a mere stones throw away is hard to say.

I pass through Stratford station often on my journey between Liverpool Street and Norwich, but this was my first time terminating (and originating) a journey here.
