St Pancras International is the £800 million restoration and extension of this unique London landmark into Europe’s destination station. Replacing Waterloo as the new home of Eurostar St Pancras International features Europe’s longest champagne bar, a top notch gastro pub and offers over 60 top quality shops, boutiques and restaurants that will be opening between Winter 2007 and Spring 2008. Retailers include some famous London names such as Foyles, Hamleys, Neal’s yard Remedies, Thomas Pink and LK Bennett. There will also be some continental themed eateries -Le Pain Quotidien, and French Crepeaffaire set amongst the Victorian brick archwork of the station. Also opening in the New Year will be a world class brasserie and a daily fresh farmers’ market.
