Here’s your chance to take part in a great new adventure on London’s doorstep - enjoy adrenalin pumping white water rafting and canoeing at the newest and best venue of its type in the world. From April 2011 you’ll be able to tackle the same wild rapids the world’s best athletes will face in the London 2012 Games.

Put your nerves to the test as you navigate 300 metres of obstacles, drops and fast flowing white water – enough to fill two football pitches in 30 seconds!

Set in the picturesque River Lee Country Park, it’s the perfect place to make a day or weekend of it.

Public transport: 40 minutes from London Liverpool Street station. Travel to Cheshunt Station on the National Express East Anglia line, which includes a beautiful 20 minute walk through River Lee Country Park. Alternatively take a ten minute walk from Waltham Cross station where you can also take a bus to the main entrance.
