Regent Street Association
About Regent Street Association
Over the past four years, over 40 new stores have opened on world-famous Regent Street as part of The Crown Estate’s £500 million redevelopment project. These include the European flagship Apple Store, the UK flagship store for Habitat, the first COS store from the eponymous H&M chain, Spanish fashion retailers Hoss Intropia and Desigual and iconic American brand, Tommy Hilfiger.
A number of new restaurants have also opened within the Regent Street area, with Heddon Street, (Regent Street’s food quarter) welcoming patisserie, Aubaine, Italian restaurant Piccolino and contemporary European cuisine at The Living Room, W1. The Absolut Ice Bar/Below Zero, also on Heddon Street, contains the first bar in the UK to be constructed solely of Nordic Ice, kept at a constant temperature of -5 centigrade and completely re-designed every 6 months.
The combination of new international brands and inventive restaurants on a heritage-rich West-End Street continues to award Regent Street the perfect blend of quality, heritage and style.

One of London's grandest and architecturally impressive zones, Regent Street is arguably the first shopping street in the world, pre-dating both The Champs Elysee and 5th Avenue in terms of a purpose-built commercial area. Entirely owned and managed by the Crown Court, Regent Street is home to a variety of exclusive stores, including Hamleys, Liberty and Jaegar.
