Such a lovely hidden gem near St. Pauls. The can't-miss part of the park is a memorial wall with tiles commemorating those who lost their lives so others could live. It's beautiful, touching, and well worth a visit (I trekked here from north London to see it*). Benches, trees, a fountain... it's lovely.

*It's been on my to-visit list ever since I got to London last year; I first heard about... En savoir plus

A hidden gem. It is a small park (super quiet and tranquil) with benches, trees, flowers and a koi pond. The main feature of the park is a memorial wall with decorative tiles which record the heroic deeds of ordinary Londoners who lost their lives to save others.

A great place to eat lunch, take a nap or read a book.

Off the beaten path, this quiet little park contains the incredibly toughing Watt's Memorial to Heroic Sacrifice. It is a beautiful shrine the empathy and heroism, and brave Victorian men, women, and children who would otherwise have been completely forgotten by history. En savoir plus

Lovely little park! It is bigger than you would expect with lots of seating scattered throughout. As it is adjoining the church it is beautifully quite.

The garden is well looked after with freshly planted beddings and manicured lawns.

I would definitely come and enjoy it again! En savoir plus
