Géré par VisitBritain, les BLVC est  un guichet unique où les visiteurs de Londres et de Grande-Bretagne y trouveront tout ce dont ils ont besoin. Le centre d'information touristique possède un personnel hautement qualifié à votre disposition pour vous fournir des informations gratuites, des conseils de voyage et de destination ainsi qu'une aide pour planifier votre itinéraire dans au moins 8 langues.

Le centre possède un bureau de change Thomas Cook (n'oubliez pas de télécharger votre coupon d'offre spéciale sur notre page Thomas Cook). Vous pouvez également acheter à l'avance des bons London Pass et des Travelcards Transport for London. Parmi ses autres services commerciaux, le BLVC possède une agence de voyage, une billetterie, un guichet pour le remboursement de la TVA et une boutique de souvenirs. De plus, vous pouvez y consulter Internet dans une salle spéciale et retirer votre exemplaire gratuit de London Pass !

Information touristique et change chez Thomas Cook

Thomas Cook propose un service unique dans ses 9 bureaux londoniens ainsi qu'au Britain and London Visitors Centre, pour vous permettre d'échanger vos devises et de trouver des informations touristiques au même endroit. Les 9 bureaux sont stratégiquement répartis à travers Londres, et vous n'aurez donc pas d'aller très loin pour y obtenir les informations que vous recherchez en plus d'échanger vos devises à un taux intéressant.
