The hotel has recently been refurbished and combines the ambience of a large Victorian townhouse with all the modern amenities expected by today's traveller. Located on a quiet residential street in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, the hotel is just a stones throw away from the lively and colourful Earl's Court Road with it's many restaurants, shops and bars. Earl's Court Underground station is three minutes walk away, with fast and frequent trains to London's West End (10 minutes) and Heathrow (30 minutes). Whatever the purpose of your visit to the capital city, you can be sure of a warm welcome at My Place Hotel.

Each of the 50 bedrooms has been tastefully decorated in period style. There is a good selection of single rooms and standard or deluxe twin and family rooms to choose from. All of the rooms are air-conditioned and all are en suite – some with bath and shower. Hairdryer, trouser press, mini bar refrigerator, cable TV and direct dial telephone can be arranged on request. The elegant public rooms on the ground floor have been comfortably furnished to compliment the Victorian grandeur of this former townhouse.

You can relax with a drink in the lounge, chat with friends or listen to music. Or, you can enjoy a meal or coffee in the spacious and comfortable dining room with its chandeliers and intimate atmosphere. French windows lead you out to our Chinese style garden where you can take your drinks to enjoy the peace and quiet after a hectic day.

We offer facilities for small conferences and business meetings including various size rooms with access to telephone, fax and computer links. The public rooms and the nightclub are available for private functions.

For the young at heart why not dance the night away in the air-conditioned basement nightclub. There is a well stocked bar of course, and a large dance floor surrounded by cosy seating areas. All sorts of musical tastes are catered for. One night it could be salsa, another classic rock or disco and on some nights there is live entertainment. And because the club is soundproof, you won't have to worry about disturbing the other guests.
