Like any great wine, Champagne can be paired excellently with food, so OXO Executive Head Chef has crafted an exclusive fish dish that pairs masterfully with the world’s best-rated House of Champagne – Krug.

This fabulous dish showcases wild turbot, creamed truffle potatoes, sea fennel and shellfish reduction, but the magic is in how it expresses the Champagne’s ability to complement a diversity of flavours. As fish is the House’s ingredient of choice for the year, this is a match made in heaven.
