Fly London

I really like Fly shoes for its funky yet comfortable designs. This review is for the shop rather than the products, though. I accompanied a couple of friends today. I was excited to visit a Fly London store. Unfortunately the spring season starts earlier and earlier every year so they didn't have much in the way of fall/winter styles left. They were out of my size in everything I wanted to try, even the non sale styles. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a small clothing rack. Some cute looking things on the rack. It's too bad because their styles are so cute but the shoes fell apart the FIRST day I wore them in the middle of Heathrow airport. I had to buy slippers at the airport to get through the rest of my travel day. AND their customer service has been terrible. I've sent all of the info they have requested and wait days without any communication - and only get a response after I keep after them.... more

My girlfriend bought shoes from this company. The shoes cost $160.00 and fell apart after one month. She asked the company if they would maybe give a replacement, repair, or refund. They said they "could not" help her, which is cowardly corporate speak for "will not". more
