Franco Manca serves pizza made from slow-rising sourdough and is baked in a wood-burning 'Tufae' brick oven made to Neapolitan standards. This gives a brilliant crust and pizzas are topped with quality and seasonal ingredients. The downside? It's no secret, so expect to queue.

I could write a long reason for why I'm only giving one star, but it simply comes down to the pizza is less then average. They blind you by creative branding and trending decorating but when you eat the pizza you'll taste it is below average and that's being kind. more

I love that they stay open pretty late compared to other restaurants around because my group could only get together later in the night for dinner.

The ambiance was casual and relatively modern. The space in the restaurant was a little bit tight and it was very narrow and deep.... more
