Franco Manca serves pizza made from slow-rising sourdough and is baked in a wood-burning 'Tufae' brick oven made to Neapolitan standards. This gives a brilliant crust and pizzas are topped with quality and seasonal ingredients. The downside? It's no secret, so expect to queue.

I came here for dinner the other night with my husband and 3 of my friends and we had a pretty good experience.
I love that they stay open pretty late compared to other restaurants around because my group could only get together later in the night for dinner.

Yummy sourdough pizza at very reasonable prices. The place lacks atmosphere and the acoustics aren't great so it's very loud, but the pizza really is delicious. more
