I was underwhelmed by this experience. I ordered the tasting menu but actually the best item that came was the palate cleanser in between courses, which was some sort of honey yoghurt concoction. I wish I knew what was in it. My entire table considered it the highlight of the meal, which is a bit sad for the rest of the menu.

4 stars. This is a nice place to bring someone for a night out. You get great service, a good meal and a great wine selection. So why not give it 5 stars? Simply because I found the food good but it did not wow me. I guess expectations were high given my great experience with other similarly ranked Michelin restaurants and what London has to offer in terms of restaurants.

A nice two Michelin star restaurant experience.
The place was not stuffy and the wait staff were good. Here's what we ordered:
Crab - lovely presentation and delicious
Veal sweetbreads - heavy but good
Halibut - perfectly cooked
Native lobster - tasty
Scallops - well done
Yorkshire grouse - don't recommend, the taste was off and couldn't finish it.
