Go if you just want to sit down and be ignored for a long time then , if you do ask the one scrawny short rude guy with the keys around his neck that works there, if you are supposed to order at the bar, he says " yes, the bar " without looking at you. And continues to ignore you. Needless to say, we walked out. more

I like this place. Staff is friendly and the food is good and hot. Beer selection is solid. I've been here a couple times and always enjoyed the experience. They have a small area out front for seating outside. It's a good spot to stop off for a pint. more

I love the location of this pub. Right in the middle of the neighborhood. Has a small town feel. Not too far from Hyde Park and few of the underground stations. The salad here was great. Fish & Chips was good. The service as kind of spotty. Kitchen closes somewhat early as most of the establishments in the neighbor hood does. The crowd was upbeat for Thursday and Friday evenings. This pub has a special place in my heart, namely because I had just arrived from Germany, dumped my bags in my hotel, and got here just before the bell for last drinks was rung.
