I used to LOVE this branch of Byron, better than any other. But not any more. The burger was still good, but service was rushed, friendly but not consistent across all staff. Everything generally isn't gelling any more.
They have also changed their chips from amazing skin-on chips to thicker, boring, pub chips. I used to come here because the chips are great, but I won't be back for a long... more
Byron usually serves a good burger with predictable quality, but this branch is seriously understaffed! We waited about ten minutes to he seated, though there were several tables available and ready, then it took almost half an hour before we could finally place our order. I've been to other byron's before, but this one didn't reach the same level of quality. Up on the mezzanine floor, there were plenty of seats.
The food was the letdown. The bun, as well as the burger meat, was dry.
Maybe opt for one of the other places in Westfield to eat. more
