How can this establishment claim their soup as Pho when the broth doesn't even come close to tasting like Pho? The broth tasted like that beef cube that you drop in hot water then the noodles were thick! The fried egg rolls were raw inside, and it's made out of pork. Couldn't eat it!

Fast, reasonably priced and tastes Ok. If you've had good pho,, you are likely to be underwhelmed but this is in a food court in a shopping mall, so set your expectations accordingly. more
As a Vietnamese, I was initially very intrigued to try the Pho franchise and after returning about 4 different times, I am still on the fence about it.

Its in the mall, and when we are exhausted after a day of shopping & just want a simple soup without noodles, this is not a bad option. Its not the best pho in the world, but it isn't bad either.
A quick light & healthy pick me up, they do takeaway too, so we sometimes pick up a couple of pho to consume at home in comfort. more
Came here about three times since I love Vietnamese pho.
And all three times have been below average. I tried so hard to like this place and have it fill the Vietnamese food void in my stomach.
Unfortunately, the broth is just not tasty or hearty enough. The meat and meatballs are just barely ok. I dunno, perhaps I have been too spoilt by the Vietnamese food in Los Angeles.
