The restaurant / pub is beautiful. I've walked by The Malt House for a few months and only went in for the first time the other day. The atmosphere and style is great and looks really romantic. It's also often quite busy which is always a great sign.
I expected great things but was unfortunately let down. I ordered some liver pate for starter which was incredible (very light) and I would... more
Nice, small hotel with a homey feel. Very friendly staff, check-in is in the restaurant below FYI. Did not stay long enough to partake in the breakfast unfortunately. A tad noisy in the street outside at night with the windows open, but otherwise a great stay. Short walk to metro, would recommend. more

Currently are staying at the malt house and love the friendly staff. The cleaning lady Carol and bartender Matilda are extremely kind and gave us many recommendations for places to visit. I love the area it is located in and it's close to the tube station. Their food is good and every night there are many young people that enjoy some drinks at the bar.
Would come here again when I visit London more
Very busy gastro pub so advisable to book. The staff were hit and miss from a service point of view but one member of staff managed to pull it back.
The food was really good. The fish and chips served with a lovely pea puree and the steak was melt in the mouth. Finished with sticky toffee pudding and a coffee.
Good selection of real ales served here also.
Worth a look if in the area. more
