This is a solid but relatively unremarkable cafe and bakery. It is quite large on the inside and it is convenient to the Green Park tube station. Nice little place with a French air to it. Food is really good and so is the coffee. Not too expensive and didn't have to wait too long for a table! more

Have been to London 3 times in 34 years, and each time we stop at this Richoux to have fish and chips. It started when we stayed around the corner at the Cavendish in 1983, and - when pressed for lunch suggestions - our tour guide asked, "Have you been to Richoux?"
And so our fun little "tradition" began, and each time it's as delish as we remember.

This was a very elegant restaurant, but the food was a hit and miss.
Escalope of Chicken Milanese was perfectly cooked, juicy and very tasty. Spaghetti accompanied it was full of flavour and was cooked al dente. The portion was generous.
