Music fans can indulge in an afternoon tea inspired by legendary rock'n'roll stars, including the Rolling Stones, Guns N’ Roses, and David Bowie.
From record discs to mini drum kits, this colourful tea at The Gore has been designed in partnership with luxury event planners La Fête.
Noteworthy sweet treats include a choux pastry filled with a dulcey raspberry cream that has been cleverly crafted to resemble frizzy-haired Guns N’ Roses guitar legend Slash; and Goodbye Ziggy, a chocolate ganache cake emblazoned with a lightning bolt, the trademark of Ziggy Stardust, David Bowie’s glam rock alter ego.
Diners can also chow down on chipolata hot dogs, delectable sandwiches and paprika popcorn, while staying hydrated with a choice of refreshing teas and cocktails.
Loosen your belt as the menu also features two scones per person, served up with a generous dollop of clotted cream and jam.
Located near The Royal Albert Hall in well-heeled Kensington, The Gore is a luxury boutique hotel with a relaxed atmosphere.
