I would give this restaurant 2.5 starts (which would round up to 3 usually, but I think it wouldn't properly represent the restaurant.

This is a review specifically for the Christmas Day dinner. My party of 3 was able to squeeze in to an available time slot at Maze on Christmas Day, and we were excited to try Maze since it was a Gordon Ramsay restaurant and a (former) Michelin star restaurant, and we were prepared to be wowed. I was so hopeful for a wonderful dinner at Maze by Gordon Ramsay. After checking in for our reservation the staff helped us with our coats and showed us to our table. Once at our table the sommelier showed us the wine list but we opted for a cocktail followed by a bottle of Sake. Unfortunately, it took at least 15 minutes for our waiter and our drinks to come to the table.

So, I went here last summer and I have to say that my experience was unlike the others I saw here... maybe it was just a good day. I will agree, however, with the fact that it was VASTLY OVERPRICED. The portions were FAR TOO SMALL for such prices. But, moving on...
