The restaurant serves up specialist sourdough pizza, made using dough that's fermented for 48 hours then baked at 450°C (842°F). Top pizza picks include the brilliantly named Jon Bon Chovy (tomato, mozzarella, anchovies, olives, capers, chili and fresh parsley) and the Lorena (tomato, mozzarella, butternut squash, feta, pine nuts and rosemary).
Also catering to gluten-free diners, Sodo can put pizza toppings on cannellini beans, which are baked in the oven.
