Top 5 reviews of Carluccio's Waterloo
Ugggh....want a quick coffee? Don't bother coming here then. Very busy, lots of staff, and all menu items as they normally are at any Carluccio's. The problem is that the strategy for actually serving people is a bit wayward. On my last visit, I was asked to see myself to a table. Absolutely fine so far.

Were ok with us just having a drink here without the pressure of having to eat. Free wi fi always a plus especially in a place which you would probably use for
business meetings given the location. Waiting staff polite and prompt with service.
Didn't sample food, maybe next time! more
