Ray’s Bar, located in Stoke Newington, is the successor to Dance Tunnel, occupying the same basement space underneath Voodoo Ray’s.
The decor is both enticing and arresting, boasting lots of glittery worksurfaces, low lighting and distinctive zigzag patterns, while the cocktail list looks to challenge your palate with drinks featuring a wide array of novel ingredients.
Ray’s Bar often lauds its Wednesday jazz nights as “the least scary, most welcoming jazz night you could go to”, so if you are in the mood, head to the basement bar after nine to experience the most inclusive jazz session ever.

Top 5 reviews of Ray's Bar
Located in Shoreditch near Box Park. The place is really poppin'! Lots of people inside and outside on the patio seats. The staff is really great and fast.
Only downfall is that the pizza was a bit cold. They didn't have plain pepperoni, so I ordered one that had goat cheese and tomatoes. It was tasty but could have had a bit more flavor apart from the goat cheese creamy flavor.
A wicked good slice and margi (margarita) on the fly! Voodoo Ray's has personality, great pizza and a little salad for some side action.

Food is good. Lots of choice for pizza and good vegan options. Slices are a good size but drinks are a bit on the expensive side.
Convenient location though and the people working here are always great conversation. more
After a string of mediocre pizza experiences in London, I decided to take on a challenge to try every slice I came across to determine if it was chance or if Londoners simply don't know how to make pizza. I think it goes without saying that I was drinking when this occurred.
Luckily, I finally stumbled upon Voodoo Rays. Hip atmosphere with funky pizza decor, several creative slice options,... more
Amazing pizza with anything you could imagine, yet a bit expensive for what you get. Best thing is that it's open till late, and we all know there is nothing better than greasy pizza when you're tipsy and hungry in Shoreditch ;) more
