Turkeys are not just for Christmas according to this Shoreditch restaurant, which specialises in turkey-based dishes.
Inspired by Eastern Mediterranean home cooking, husband and wife team Amir and Limor Chen pair free-range turkey with a host of seasonal ingredients. First marinated for 24 hours in a special spice and herb mix, the turkey is then slow cooked to keep it tender and moist.
There are also plenty of vegetarian options alongside desserts, cocktails and craft beers.
