This is a sort of hidden gem for steak lovers. Interior looks very unassuming, a typical 'local' pub. For that reason, I refer to this as "the place with suspiciously good steak." Now what can I say. This is a absolutely fantastic little pub with some of the friendliest staff you could ask for, very welcoming fun and makes for a great atmosphere.

I don't know what sort of wizard they keep in the kitchen, but the food was amazing. I had a pulled pork sandwich and the husband ate steak. Service was good and the surroundings unpretentious. I don't drink beer but the husband enjoyed his pints. The menu had a bunch of decent options on it (skewed toward meat-lovers, which is fine by me, but do be aware), and I marked out several options I'd... more
