Open since 2004, this branch of the Al Forno chain is well-loved by the people of Shepherd’s Bush for the simple dishes on offer, the laid-back and efficient service, and the fantastic location. There is a large outside area, heated during the colder months, which allows guests to enjoy al-fresco dining whatever the British weather throws at them. Portion sizes here are generous and prices are reasonable, so you can definitely have some dessert during your visit.

In this time we opened our food and we were disappointed. the pastas are ok but are lacking some of the ingredients that gave the meals luster on the menu. the... more
What a disappointment. A pizza suffocated in low quality, salty cheese, with capers making an unwelcome contribution. A salad glistening with oil, and was that brine on the tinned tuna? I couldn't finish either and quickly declined the offer of a take away.
It's a real shame, as this seems to be Shepherds Bush's only (?) pizzeria, and the service was pretty good. Caveat Emptor indeed. more
